| PRICING INFORMATION AND POLICES Below are the current rates for recording. (Note: Rates are subject to change at any time. The rates shown below are usually going to be the most up-to-date rates.) For a quote on your project please refer to the Contact page. One CD-R or DVD-R containing mixes and/or session data is included at the end of a project. For more copies of the session data and/or mixes or if the session does not fully fit on one CD-R or DVD-R, the media rates further down on this page apply. All mixes, CD-Rs, hard drives, master tapes, etc. shall remain the property of Fata Recording! or Egghunt Enterprises, Inc. until all invoices are paid in full. LIABILITY: We are not legally or financially responsible for items brought into or left in Egghunt Studio. It is recommended that clients obtain insurance to protect against possible damage or loss of article(s) of value left at Egghunt Studio. This includes instruments, master tapes, hard drives, or any media left at the studio during sessions. We are also not responsible for the loss of media or data during a session. All attempts will be made to ensure there are backups of all media and data. The clients may supply DVD-Rs or hard drives for backups of session data but these must remain at Egghunt Studio or in possession of Fata Recording! until invoices are paid in full. STUDIO RECORDING (TRACKING, MIXING, & MASTERING) A minimum of 1 hour is required to book a session in the studio. A session begins billing at the time the client booked it for, whether the client is present or not, and continues until the final load out. Consecutive studio day rates (not hourly) are mandatory if gear or mixes are to be left set up overnight. Egghunt Studio accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cash. Payment in full for the day's session is due at the end of each session. For day rates, we require a $100 per day deposit in advance at time of booking in order to reserve that session. Deposits are payable by the methods listed above. Your deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made for lack of rehearsal time or lack of money. A bit of advice: Be ready to go into the studio before you book a session. If no deposit was made then you do not have a session booked. The current rates for Studio Recording are: $50/hour (hourly, under 8 hours) $45/hour (day rate, for sessions 8+ hours) $40/hour (for sessions running 32+ hours) MOBILE RECORDING A mobile recording project consists of a set-up fee and an hourly rate. Set-up fees are priced on a project to project basis. There are many factors that will be considered in deciding the set-up fee for a mobile recording project (i.e. acoustic set or full band, 2-track recording or full multitrack recording, traveling distance, parking cost). A mobile recording project is a minimum 1 hour in length, no matter the actual length in time. The time for setting up the recording gear is billed into the set-up fee and not into the hourly rate. Half of the quoted price for the project is due at the time of booking, paid in cash. The remaining money owed for the project will be collected upon completion of the project, also paid in cash. The current rates for Mobile Recording are: $50/hour + set-up fee $20/hour for mix down For example, if a mobile project is one hour in length and has a set-up fee of $50, then the price of the project would be figured as follows: $50 set-up fee + $50 for 1 hour of time + $20 for mix down Total: $120 DUPLICATION AND CONVERSION We can convert DATs, ADATs, cassettes, 1/4" reel-to-reel tapes, and vinyl (33's, 45's, 78's) to CDs or MP3s. We can also duplicate your finished CD/DVD. Sorry, right now we do not have the capabilities to do on-disc printing nor CD/DVD packaging.
